I think this is a great idea, for those who have trouble playing games 'normally'. For those of us that don't have that kind of trouble, this seems kind of scary.

It does seem as though technology is moving crazily fast with this though.

I hope now that games are becoming more and more realistic that they don't implement losing health when you run your characters into a wall.
