Does anyone else get the error code 220602 "Unable to connect to the internet" when trying to accept the terms of service for Wii24 and Wii shop?

My wifi connection is working properly, and i even updated my Wii via the same wifi connection.

I tried waiting it out since it didn't work last night but it still isn't working, and searching google gave me nothing.

Got it working, after trying numerous things suggested on the Nintendo Wii forums, i just reset my router to factory settings and it worked. Weird.
