Reliable Translators

So I've been looking for some software that will give me atleast an 80% translation output on documents that are Dutch/Finish/German in language. The higher the % the better, I've used a lot of the software available and I'm just not getting the results I would like.

This is for actual work product, not game related and I know there are a few IT/Programmers and what not on here that might have bumped into something usefull.

I've seen some of the services, I'm trying to figure out whether or not the translation can be done in-house or if opposing counsel will have to pay out of pocket for actual human translation.

I've tried these and they are still somewhat meh..

I think he means a stand-alone application.

I'd do some googling or find out from someone who uses that kind of software.
