Does anyone here know if Altigen's QoS will work with Cisco VoIP phones? Or if Cisco VoIP phones will work on a different system non cisco?

Having QoS issues with current VoIP provider at work and I'm trying to find a logical solution that isn't going to cost another 55k in upgrades to the core.
