RSS Help

Recently I've decided to get into RSS or "really simple syndication" in order to keep track of about 20 different blogs and news sites i browse during the day. i know i am kind of late jumping onto the RSS bandwagon but i was hoping someone could point out a program i can install on my Laptop to help keep track of all of this. I've tried Google and apart from a massive wikipedia entry on the different rss specifications i am not finding anything that says 'Hey, Use this program since its free and easy to use. Here are some screenshots to show as well'.
I know Firefox has RSS support and I've been looking into that but its looking to be a lot more work then i want too go through. I also have Thunderbird installed on my computer but i am hesitant to use it since i already have Outlook 2003 and am using that for a MS exchange email. (I could not get Thunderbird to accept a exchange account otherwise i would be using that).
anyway, i was hoping someone could point me towards a easy to use third party program that i could install on my laptop.

Mozilla is the easiest way to handle it that I've seen, you might want to make sure you have the latest release since it's gotten easier lately. IE7 also supports RSS feeds I think, and Windows Vista has a gadget dedicated entirely to it which seems to work pretty well. Of course, judging from your avatar I'm guessing that's not a viable option for you. :wink:

yeah, i'm not a vista fan. i think i will stick with mozilla or get thunderbird working.

went and got Thunderbird up and running and switched my exchange account to pop3.

soooooo nice having everything manageable now.
