Probably a really simply done fix

Everytime I open up a game it says my graphics card needs to update its drivers. I haven't had to do this before so I'm kind of confused. I went to device manager and said update drivers on it but it said that I had the most up to date drivers. I went to the Nvidia website but my specific card wasnt under the section. How else can I get it? I have an Nvidia 6200.

nvidia.com > download driver > graphic driver > geforce and tnt2 > your windows version

the problem you are confusing should be because that they category all the geforce 6xxx or below together with the tnt2 now

Make sure to uninstall your old ones before you install your new ones. There's a program you can get called DriverCleaner or something, and what you do is boot up in Safe Mode, and run it. It clears all the crap out, when you restart normally and install the new ones, it's all gravy after that.

Driver Cleaner is no longer free. They have decided to be pricks and take their awesome utility down from all of the sites that had it for free.

If you're updating your own drivers from older to newer, it's not OMG Necessary to uninstall your old ones, But it is if you're switching from one video card to another.

Step 1: You want a graphics card driver. Choose Graphics Driver.

Step 2: Is your Card a GeForce or TNT2? Hint: It's a GeForce 6200. Making it a GeForce card, Therefore, Choose the GeForce drivers.

Step 3: Rock your OS.

Then just download and install.
