Byrnie+1 Uses?

I remember a while back, Byrnie+1 was a womgthat'ssoelite item, but now it's fallen out of favor. I could understand DDing in it as NIN while trying to still salvage some evasion, or as PLD even, but is it really worth it to get anymore? It feels like Haubergon is so superior, so I'm asking: What is Byrnie+1 really good for...?

Pld are better with haubergeon imo if they want to DD since they probably won't tank, and generally need acc.

Byrnie isnt bad, but situation where it outdo haubergeon are not common enough to bother spending a few millions on it

It's more for HP and less of a hit to EVA/AGI. (Mainly HP- making it popular for PLD, and Ballista)

Once people get confirmation on where to get the lvl35 piece, expect a flood of them. One of the paladins in my LS is 2/3 for Ares body and head now. Lvl 15 bodies are easy to get, and the lvl25 body drops from the easiest chariot.

I would have to say that if you are having no problems with acc, the sheer atk distributed to your atks with the +1 is quite superior for meleeing, whether you will WS with it... still doubtful though. Until ppl are able to consistently get ares... it is a fine supplement.

imo Osode still easier to get than Byrnie+1 though [If youre getting it just for SAM WS](Assuming you have a linkshell)... I still remember when byrnies where expensive i know friends who spent like 50mil trying to make them wwwwwwwwwwwwwww

I meant for more of a Hybrid DD and Tank thing, I don't remember off the top of my head but I'm pretty sure the Def/VIT/HP bonuses are very close to the AF body while adding attack.

What are you fighting? What food? Brd/no brd? You need like 360acc to cap your accuracy on xp mobs which is doable with brd+sushi, but wouldnt meat be more profitable in this case?
