Yes, it is a problem. Get a new fan at your local PCW or computer store. I'd advised you take the fan or card with you to prevent multiple return visits due to staff sticking their tongue in their cheek and grunting.

i woulda never noticed it except for i heard some PC speaker beeping inside my computer, so i was like "i'll take a look at whats overheating" and it turned out my video card was 112C Q_Q
