Help with POL !!!

Hey, I wanted to start playing FFXI again so I bought the combo for 20 bucks from BestBuy and installed EVERYTHING and now apparently my entire account is gone. I had it for nearly 3 years and quit playing last summer to focus on school and work. Is there ANY way to get it back? I remember my account name and all that but I don't think that helps. Any input would help. Thanks.

Do you remember your POL ID and password?

I remember the POL id and I'm sure the password is one of a few things. I tried to log in with it and it said that my ID was wrong. Any ideas??

it'll never say "your id is wrong" it always says your pw OR ID... You said you know your ID so im pretty sure you're entering the wrong PW. Call SE Provide them with the original registration codes cc info POL ID and ask for a new PW.

That's the problem. I lost all my reg codes in Hurricane Katrina. I don't even remember which CC I had it on. I mean I tried to rereg my name (Zetanio) again as a character on my old server (Odin) but it said the name was taken.

Call SE and explain the situation. You shouldn't need reg codes if you remember CC info and acct name/pass.
