Nomamd Moogle Mog Locker Access?

Players will now be able to access their Mog Lockers at nomad moogles after selecting the option to increase Mog Locker availability.

The regulare npc beside whitegate MH doesnt give me a option to increase availability to nomad moogles. Sup with this? Where do you select this option

I interpreted it as "if you expand your Mog Locker availability to Sando/Bastok/Windy/Jeuno, nomad moogles also get it."

If you do the 5 day lease that lets you access it outside Al Zahbi, you've got it already...

I had the same problem, I talked to the NPC so many times but couldn't get/find an option to expand it to nomad moogles. Finally I gave up, and days later visited the moogle in Rabao to change jobs, and had access! Turns out I didn't have to do anything.
