I was going to camp Bloodsucker this afternoon and I thought of asking here about its spawning conditions since I keep getting contraddicting info from my friends, so, does this bugger spawn 21 hours after maintenance or 21-24 hours after the servers restart? I also recall it having a 15 (or was it 20...boh) minutes Shikigami-style mini-window, has this been confirmed somewhere or am I imagining everything?

IIRC 21~24 hrs after server reset and every ~71-72 hrs after kill.
