Need sone general advice on equipment for utsusemi recast on bard, basically to fill in the remaining blanks that I have. Looking for stuff that can be reasonably obtained (Shi'ar Body costs near 10m+ on siren, and Speed Belt... )

Off-Hand: Bugard Strap +1
Ranged: Angel's Lyre (Haste +2%)
Head: Wahalra Turban (Haste +5%)
Neck: ???
Earring #1: Loq. Earring (Enhances "Fast Cast" Effect)
Earring #2: ???
Body: ???
Hands: Dusk Gloves (Haste +3%)
Ring #1: ???
Ring #2: ???
Back: Chevoit Cape (Physical Damage Down -5%)
Waist: Swift Belt (Haste 4%)
Legs: ???
Feet: Rostrum Pumps (Enhances "Fast Cast" Effect)

Don't know anything that would help for neck and another earring and ring besides agi/evasion.

Personally as the main pulling BRD, I don't want to have to carry a MND set for Stoneskin. Secondly, if your RDM and 2nd BRD(/WHM) can't handle the healing, you need different backline people.

I think the OP may be referring to BRD/NIN tanking as well, though not sure.

Haidate for legs, normal torques for neck, lolCHR rings or BQ+Jelly, some body other than Errant (Osode or Yigit works fine).

If you can't get haidate, wear AF pants.

"can be pulled off" is very different from "is ideal", and there are very few scenarios in which a brd/whm is a more ideal puller than a brd/nin.

Just in case this is more for a small group tanking setup rather than merit camps, don't forget a Rune Chopper for 9% Haste for 3 MP a tick, need to be engaged for the effect to work though.

Most of the time as the pulling bard, going /nin is almost a must for me. The ni is really quick to get off and Im already busy enough trying to keep songs on the melee and keep a bird at the camp for them to kill so /nin isnt just for lazies but for merit parties with good DDs as well.

I rather pull /NIN since those birds like to reflect (if we're pting in Nyzul) if I have a 2nd BRD in pt I go /WHM and help curing (taru + MP gear = win)
