FFXI closes itself

Sorry if this had been asked before, but i couldn't find any of this.

I am currenly having FFXI (running under windower 3.3, XP) problem, which I had never experienced before.
My ffxi will close itself comepletely, no any error pop out or anything.
Recent change is none, except newest windower 3.3, but I was running under windower 3.3 for 2-3 weeks until I am getting this problem.
This problem started to occur since 3-4 days ago, I didn't have any change on my software nor hardware.
does anyone experiencing the same or know the solution?

I tested today by leaving FFXI on w/o windower, and it did not crash.

Delete Current Windower Files.
Re-Download Files.
