Gearing my nin to tank chariots

Hey all, my social shell has been dabbling in salvage, and it looks like we'll be doing our first chariot on Monday, aiming at LBC.

Now, I've tanked it before, and it could have gone better, so some advice on tweaking my gear would be good, if y'all would oblige.

My current tp set (the one I'm worried about, pretty happy with WS) is:

Weapon/ammo: S/F, bomb core (nokizaru shuriken?)
Head: Walmart turban. Should I switch this for Ohat or genbucket, for eva or def, as I'll have haste/2march?
Neck: Specs
Ears: Brutal/suppa
Body: AF. Should I switch for arhats gi or hauby?
Hands: Skote
Rings: Jaeger/Rajas. Switch jaeger for jelly/BQ since Im eating sushi?
Legs: Haidate
Waist: Swift
Back: Amemet +1
Feet: Fumas. Switch for something with more def like suzi feet, or yasha for emn?

Party setup will likely be nin/war mnk/nin brd/whm whm/smn rdm/blm cor/whm.

Any advice would be appreciated.

general DD/haste set, PDR for "oh shit shadow down and my cotank is inept" situation.

You pretty much Damage tank Chariots, so treat them as just a merit mob with too much HP, barring special positioning and strategy.
