Need assistance with somebody whos professional with MAC PC and Blackberry

Greetings everybody,

I'm sorry if this was posted in the wrong thread but I really need help in recovering my accounts.

I've been a hardcore FFXI player since its release up until 2010 which then I decided to take a break, but that break was 2 years long and today I decided to come back to the game since it has changed and would like it to be more casual rather than addicting.

So in those 2 years, I've had my main account and my 3 mule accounts information ALL saved in my blackberry 9700 bold memopad(note pad), and in November 4 I decided to buy a new phone so I wanted to transfer all the files to the mac PC, so when I clicked "back up files from phone", everything got transferred except for my memo pads and when I rechecked my old phone, they all got erased for some reason.

So my question is, is it possible if I take my old phone to a mobile shop(or i could do it manually from the old phone?) so they would retrieve me the information on the notepads(EVERYTHING GOT DELETED) or could I find logs of the memo pads saved on the mac PC. Like it may have created a file and shoved it all there.

I would really appreciate the help, thank you for your time reading this.
