You'd have to parse it a bunch of times, calculate the HP differentials/(time difference/3) to figure out the regen, then multiply that by the total time/3 and subtract it from the total HP. Also you couldn't use any DoT spells.

To give you a rough idea of the length of the fight, I tried to fight it with 5(pickup Retribution pt, MNK(me) PLD NIN RDM SMN iirc) and it took us ~35 min to get it to 70% and wipe.

You could also nuke it with TParty loaded, and look at the % health immediately after the spell lands before a regen tick occurs. If we let "p" be the % expressed by TParty after the spell lands, and "D" the amount of damage the spell did, then its max HP should be in the range of D/(1-p) and D/(.99-p), provided p is at least 2% and that Vouivre doesn't have that weird lowered-max-hp-fake-regen thing that AV and apparently Aspid have. If the spell took off a significant chunk, you could also note his HP% at each tick as it climbs back to 100% and use that to infer its actual regen rate (I did the opposite of this to find Disseverment poison's DoT a long time ago). Doesn't really seem worth the effort for a gae bolg, though.

Honestly I was just planning on choppering it in about ~30 seconds after we pop it with myself, a RDM/DRK, and a BRD, which would combat the potent regen quite handsomely. Was just curious if it has low enough Max HP (somewhere around < 25,000) for it to be dead after Last Resort ends and I suck, so I don't end up wasting 10k on Turtle Soup for no polearm. K bai~
