Connection issue.

I have no idea why but my connection just slowed down to a crawl, it's not my ISP they report no issues, and I cant figure out why this is happening. I can't upload anything at a halfway normal pace. When I try to post anything I get this message:

The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Power off everything, ie router, modem ect. Wait a minute, plug back in.

If that doesn't work, check to see if someone isn't hogging all your bandwidth with a torrent program or something.

Reset connection to your ISP, can usually be done within your router settings.

Check for viruses/spyware.

Anything else that happened to your computer or network prior to the problems that you can think of would help too.

I've done all of this and everything is still loading REALLY slow. It takes me about 35 seconds to load this thread (All images and things.) and I cant even post anything but text without the connection timing out.

what isp?

if you boot into safe mode w/ networking does it work correctly?

if you have more than one pc do the others have the same problem?

if you have a router, when you plug your pc directly into your modem, do you still experience the same problem?

if the answer to the last 3 are all yes, its your isp, call and bitch, if its AT&T PM me your DSL tele # and ill look into it for you
