World transfer timing

Does world transfer take into account the hour that you transfered?

ie. if I transfered on Oct. 10th @ 9:00pm. would i be able to word transfer @ jan. 10th @ 12:01am?

just a quirky question; i doubt anyone knows the answer

edit: oct-jan 10th is 92 days, so i can transfer

No, hour does not matter. I transferred from Valefor > Sylph around 5pm EST, and the day I transferred back to Valefor (first day I was able to, I'd been trying a few times each day before that), I transferred back before noon (around 11am).
