Monster Job Evasion question

Are monster job differences the same as PC job differences?

For example, the difference in evasion between a PC NIN and THF in regards to evasion is that the latter has +7 natural skill and Evasion Bonus IV (which I'm told is +48 eva).

Does that in turn mean that between an equal level Mamool Ja Lurker and Infiltrator, the Lurker will have +55 evasion? Or is it different for mobs than pcs?
