Some pointers please

I'm a long time reader and first time posting on the forums here. I have encountered a problem and in need of some pointers. My character

name is Flonne on Pandemonium, and recently I got LM-17ed by SE for "The use of sythesis and auction house for RMT activities". Now let me

explain my situation here, first of all I do not have any craft skill on my main character or mules over 60 and I rarely craft for profit. The only

reason I was leveling a craft(goldsmith) was to get shaded spectacles, so I do turn in guild items here and there. Secondly, my AH

transactions do not have any items sold that could flag me as an RMT, those were all normal items and stuff that I don't need. My account

received LM-17 on January 15th and I tried to appeal the ban by calling SE. So far there is no reply from them yet. I'm posting here to ask for

some advise, what should I do now? keep calling SE or is there anything else I can do to try to get my account back? (it is still on LM-17

after a month not changed to LM-11).

Keep calling SE. Then call again. And then call some more. Don't sit around and wait for them to "get back to you."

Just keep asking them the same questions? or is there some other ways to approach this, because keep asking SE how did my appeal go will only get me "sorry we don't know" answer.

What about any use of your character by your cousin (think it was cousin)?

Given that they frequently used your character in association with RMTs, along with hanging out with RMT themselves, it could be that it was put on a watch list or something. Things I know of were a while ago, but we don't really know the full extent of the methods used. I think it's likely that SE looks for account associations though, in effort to kill of "bank" type characters and the like.

He did use my character in the past yes, but he has his own characters now so whenever he logs on mine is just to check the plants. I do have 13 mules growing tree saplings. The only reason he associated with those RMT was because he doesn't speak English back then and he could only talk to those Chinese players(RMTs) in Chinese pinyin.

one more thing though, I don't know if selling 15 stacks of tree saplings every 15 days count as using AH for RMT activity?

Yeah, if I have 10 characters with 13 mules each and sell them everyday. but I only sell about 800k worth of saplings every 15 days.

It's still rather abnormal to have quite that many mules. I'm just looking at it from a standpoint of why you would be banned in the first place. To me, that would stand out as a possible reason, given that RMT are likely doing similar things to try and stay under the radar.

Yeah I understand, but I do not do it on a frequent bases, like sell them every day or even every week. my mules are named floa,flob...... in that order and I don't use them to sell stuff at all. whatever I grow out of the mules I send them to that one character to sell.

back then i have total 8 characters in account for planting those elemental ores lol... but it take too time consuming and i end up deleting half of them after few months...>.>

hm... not sure if you able to get to SE company NA division by yourself? I knew someone had done it through this way and manage get his mule account back, which banned due to suspicious of RMT relate thing. But his account is JP client, so might alittle different.

I'm believe is bringing your registration code, and your credit card billing, and some sort of proof that you are the account owner.

And also, the main key point is at least dress a little formal and not to be jerk thought. I'm see if the person did reply my pm in other forum or not.

There might be something I fail to mention but over all this is how the situation is and I have never been involved in any kind of RMT activity and I have never got a GM called on me either.

Something is being left out thats key. I can't see you being banned for having 10 mules all gardening. Especially since I know a lot of players who have allot of accounts all doing different things from crafting, to fishing to gardening. I'd red flag them long before yo.

Like I said before I really have no other means of income in game besides planting for saplings and paychecks from LS. I do get gil send to me from time to time that I make from planting mules that from other accounts. I don't have to lie here to get BG people to help me out on this issue because the advise you guys give will not do me any good if its based on wrong info I give out.

Hey, you got told what to do, so what does it matter what BG thinks of you? If there is more to the story, then that's your loss because leaving out details make BG unable to give appropriate advice, and if there's nothing more to the story, then just go try what you were suggested to. >.>
