Server indecision

Hello guys!
I don't have the game yet, but I should be getting it soon along with the last expansion pack, and I wanted to have some information on which server to choose.
My ideas were Fairy or Ragnarok (I'm from Italy and I heard these servers have a lot of italians). I don't want an overpopulated server and I have no idea if any of the two I mentioned have too many ppl, but I'm also opened to other choices.

I would recommend going to a well populated server that way getting parties will be easier.

Stay the fk away from Ragnarok (I used to have a character there - even though my main has always been on Garuda server where apparently I'm the last italian standing or so to speak - and I've never gotten along well with the local guido's), hop on the Fairy bandwagon like just about everyone else and look for Kadas, Muur, Starlink, Katoplepa, Kelvinclein and Fujikun, I'm sure they would gladly introduce you to a bunch of pretty cool italian people who have been playing there forever and you'd most likely get recruited by one of the many italian-centric social linkshells right away.

On a distinctly separate yet quite appropriate note, this is the most active italian message board regarding FFXI, arised from the ashes of mmorpgitalia.it/forum after the iBannardi rebellion of July (NEVAR FORGET), all the cool kids hang in there:

Can confirm that Fairy's got an Italian community, been in few parties with them over the past months. Nice guys, though they prefer to chat in Italian so cant be 100% on that .
