Can't receive MMS

I can send picture msgs, but i cannot receive them. This happen today actually, and I thought i was just out of space, so I deleted all my msgs' and it still won't let me receive picture msg's. I receive them, but they have a envelope with like 2 little bars over them, when i open the msg, it tells me to download it, i download it, and i have no clue where it goes.

So is there any way to fix this?
Its a tmobile dash btw.

is there a gallery you can view all your pictures in? that would be my first guess.

The best part of this thread is that, without knowing or trying, I'm hearing about the lifespan of this Dash from before its inception to current day, and will probably continue to know of its goings-on until it dies.
