Recently applied to my LS on Asura. He is taru 75RDM and BST. He mentioned having much experience killing just about everything pre-ToAU, including AV. Did so in Ominous LS on Remora. Also ages ago was known as Popimp on Asura in KirintheDestroyers LS. Good guy, bad guy? Any info is much appreciated.

I have never heard of him, however others might have. His last AH sale was a year ago. I do know however that Ominous never killed AV, so that part is a lie.

Ominous hasn't killed AV, but Popimp was a pretty good guy.. haven't seen him on remora for a long time, but would recommend taking him if it's the original.

Edit: Popimp was a hume WHM(among other jobs I believe) on remora so you might want to double check some things(name implies it's a mule etc, but just pointing it out in case he's using a random name he remembered).

He actually leveled two characters, and Pimpsmule was the second char (which at one point was just his mule), as far as I recall.

As for AV, I don't think anyone but Apathy ever killed it on Remora, haha.

So if he's saying that he was in Ominous and Ominous killed AV, and he's lying about something that's not really that much of a big deal (because when it was possible it wasn't exactly THAT hard, Ominous had a fucking billion krakens too), would you want him in your linkshell?

Plus, insert typical Remora hightier HNM LS member comments here. Ominous had a bunch of idiots, I'd try to see if his skill is actually decent before doing anything with him.
