Connecting to something other then WEP?

Hi, I'm trying to connect to the wireless network at my work but my wireless options only seem to allow me to connect to WEP secure networks only but I doubt there isn't a way to change this, I just can't seem to figure it out.

The network I'm trying to connect to is WPA2 or something like that but only needs a password to connect and I'm 100% sure I'm typing the password right.

Unless there's something wrong with your hardware, the OS is usually right in determining what kind of network key needs to be entered. I'd say you're either entering the password wrong (case sensitive maybe?), you're connecting to the wrong network, or you got your network SSID's mixed up.
