Finalnuke is a EU player, he used to run our shell poorly until recently he was stripped of his leadership and he did not take it well.

Next Tiamat he Stole our gaiters and he currently has our dynamis bank though there isnt much more than 7 or 8M in it as of now.

I think he plans to move back to titan, he is a 75 blm whm smn ninja has Abody, gaiters, and some decent blm gear. his other jobs are sub par.

Untrue nothing has been returned. All the leaders told him to return the gaiters in which he next proceeded to "AFK" and then "disconnect" attempts to talk to him by others were met with "I derserve this more then anyone, I am not returning them." You are right in there is no rule not allowing him to lot but there is a rule about compliance to leaders' decisions regardless if you are a leader yourself or a member.

Nothing against you I know he is your friend and everything but you only got 1 side of the story and him telling you what he is going to do or did does not make it reality.

Ok my mistake I wasn't informed of this until now but from examining the list we have, he only returned a small portion of the gil and only 3 of the triggers out out of 9 he holds including a JoL set and he is still holding the gaiters.

I'm not here to discuss anything with you about that item, you can talk to me in PMs if you wish. I am just here letting the community know of what needs to be known about the player. Oh and if you are uncomfortable please have him talk to us or deal with us directly instead of using you as a liason, to be honest it really isn't fair to you or us since you have nothing to do with the situation.

If I can ask. Did this player return the other said items with the exception of the gaiters? Did he have enough points for the gaiters at the time he "stole" them? Just trying to get a bit of a clearer picture here.

Working on a non-point based system based on decisions made by leaders as a collective on who is allowed to lot and no not everything was returned. He only returned part of the sea triggers he took, part of the dynamis bank, he kept the gaiters and gave us only some dynamis currency back sorry for the confusion. So yes the gaiters were stolen he wasn't allowed to lot or keep them.

Another comment from the peanut gallery, if you don't mind. You say he "stole" the gaiters, but you don't really elaborate.

Were they LS property that he lotted and failed to return when he left? Did he flat out ninja lot them when they dropped? Was he just holding them for the LS to distribute/sell later? All of these questions are things that change the situation drastically, and I don't see a solid explanation of exactly what happened. It would benefit your warning greatly if you could explain in some detail.

Not posting this to be an asshole so please don't take it that way. But I'm seriously thinking that screenshots are needed on this. We have two people painting completely different pictures right now. If what Hat is saying is true, that he was allowed to lot then told to pass when they saw he was going to win, I would have kept them too. Don't put up more than you're willing to lose.

This guy seems to care a bit about his reputation considering he has given back(according to Hat) almost all of the stuff he supposedly took.

sounds like he ruined his own rep. The linkshell became great because of the members, not him. he was a terrible leader, which is why they removed his authority. We dont owe him shit.

Ok, here's exactly how it went down.

Gaiters drop.
Someone who is not a leader says "GL Pockets and Final on gaiters"
Pocketrockets and Finalnuke both lot said gaiters.
Pocketrockets, Nicholette, and Fannye are supposed to be the ones to lot the gaiters.
Leaders say this in LS chat and party chat.
Nicholette and Fannye both lot the gaiters.
Finalnuke now isn't responding.
Hatshop, who knows him in RL, says he is afk.
Loot pool drops, I immediately log out cause its 8 am and I am very pissed off, but apparently Finalnuke disappears soon after this.

Tell me how that isn't stolen gaiters.

Hat, you know I respect you and consider you a friend, so let me say this with the utmost respect to you.

We had one rule where if you had received a priority item you were supposed to pass to those that haven't received a priority item. Finalnuke had 1, the other lotters had 0. The first call to allow him to lot was a mistake and was corrected right away in LS chat. He was then asked to pass, which he didn't. He did not respond to any chat, and then logged out as soon as gaiters dropped.

As for the Sea pops, we have a list of which sea pops he had.

2x Deed of Placidity
1x Deed of Sensibility
2x Third Virtue
2x Fourth Virtue
1x Fifth Virtue
1x Sixth Virtue

Those are the ones that he had. He returned 1 deed of placidity and 1 deed of sensibility and a fourth virtue.

He also returned half of the amount he reported in the Dynamis bank on our forums, ca. 5.8m.
