Billing issues.

When I came home today from work, I found that my account had been deactivated due to lack of funds. I delve a bit further and see that I owe 38 dollars in overdue fees for August. I'm confused, I thought they billed for the month during said month, and 38 dollars? Why so much? I only have two characters and even if that total is combined for August and September it still wouldn't be 38 dollars.
Help prease.

Are you using a Gift Card? Beacause if you are you need to register your information first on the website then do the POL stuff.

it is early of the month, usually they doing the billing maintainance around 30th~2nd of the month, so expect that there might be a little problem.

As I said, I have reentered it, Its just not accepting it. The image I posted is after entering new card info. Suppose i'll just wait, maybe it is honestly too busy.

Had that happen to me earlier. Had the card I've been using for 4 years now, and it claimed that the card info was invalid. Used info from another card, and worked first shot. Go figure -___-

Another thing to remember is to check the expiration dates on your CCs. I was stumped when I couldn't reactivate my ID until I took a really close look at the card...

Mine doesn't expire till 2011, so that wasn't it. Like someone said earlier, it was probably the fee for moving servers, i was under the impression they billed you when you moved and not at the end of the month.

Also, if you pay for two accounts and have to like, re-enter the info for both because of lack of funds, etc, you have to wait 30 minutes before using the same card again, or you get that error message shown.

Not sure if this is the case y'all are running into, just saying.

I don't remember what CC I used for my first acct so this was my only "Safe One" and I really don't want to risk it.

I had similar problems early this year. Turned out my bank card security center got all crazy, and after 4 years of paying out of the same account they decided that 3 charges from SE at the same time every month sounded fraudulent. Might want to call up your cardmember services and make sure they don't have SE on a security block. I had to call in every month for about 4 months but they finally got tired of hearing from me and no longer block the charges.
