Salmon Sushi, is this true?

I considered posting in Crafters forum, but the question may be uneducated enough to warrent just heading to Newbie zone.

Basically, I've never heard of a sushi doing this, and it seems info is still not complete on this item. That being said the concept of sushi with R-Atk on it, is almost too good of an option to pass up. Has anyone seen testing or can confirm/debunk this by their own experience?
