SEBW zerging on a budget

For one on a budget, what would be the best zerging weapon of these three items?

1: Rune Chopper (GAX): 504 Delay, 3 MP/tic drain: Accuracy +5 and Haste +9%
2: Fortitude Axe (GAX): 504 Delay, Attacks twice 50% of the time with Virtue Stones equipped
3: Ferrara (GSD): 387 Delay, Accuracy +4, higher natural accuracy due to GSD skill

Fort Axe is still going to be overall higher delay than just swinging the lowest delay weapon you can use. If you can hit with a dagger I guess that'd be your best bet.

Desperate Blows, Hasso, and higher skill (that much acc difference can matter) make 2h better unless you're dealing with multihit weapons.
