Yosumin & Gyromancer (SEnix games on Steam)

Anyone ever try these out before? Noticed the demos yesterday and thought I'd give them a try today since they caught my eye while snagging the FFXI Ultimate edition for 11 bucks.

Tried Yosumin and it feels like a pretty basic stage-to-stage bejeweled.

As for Gyromancer, it feels like Tetramaster/Bejeweled & FF Tactics all screwed eachother and made a baby. Got to the 2nd chapter before the trial ran out. Pretty fun so far.

Gyromancer is fun but the few hours I've played is awfully easy. You over-level extremely quickly, especially if you go back into areas to get all of the monsters (can't 100% areas in your first run through them). Never even heard of Yosumin, but you did a pretty good job of making it seem uninteresting so I'll probably give that a pass.

Yeah, its definitely not worth $9.99 as advertised. But if SE drops the games down some 50-60%. Then I'll more than likely snag them. (Last Remnant, I'm looking at you too >.>)

I am guilty of not spending anything on Gyromancer, but I'd say it's certainly worth a few bucks if you enjoy puzzle games. Enjoyed what I've played so far much more than Puzzle Quest, which I also loved. No cheating asshole AI is nice too.
