Uncapped is lol. "Full potential" is job imbalance and hitting your WS macro until it one shots someone. It's easy to kill someone in 60 cap in big groups.

I've done ballista for a long time and 60 cap is way more annoying lol. I also dont know anything about the one shot because im PLD/RDM getting my ass handed to me by 5 DDs most of the time.
