Roy Jones Jr. vs Joe Calzaghe

RJJ slated against Calzaghe on November 8th in Madison Square Gardens. Looking to be a decent fight with a post-prime Jones Jr. capable of handling the younger Calzaghe with the winner looking at a solid Pavlik setup.

Does anyone on this forum think that Calzaghe can beat Jones? Yes, I know that Jones isn't what he was 10 years ago, but I believe that he will absolutely destroy Calzaghe. Calzaghe has no punching power whatsoever, so Roy wouldn't have to respect him at all. I believe that this matchup would result in Roy getting his first knockout in a while...What are everyone's thoughts? I'd say Jones with a late round 9+ KO.

Jones caught Calzaghe on the bridge of the nose with a straight left and followed it with a right cross to the jaw, dropping the Welshman with about 40 seconds to go in the first.

calzhage beat him so bad it was hard to watch by the 9th round. i was honestly surprised...i thought roy had more left in him than that. he effectively ended his career last night with that fight, i don't see any other big money matches for him now.
