    Unless your boss is a real prick/douche/bitch (ok that's probably a lot of them), then a card/flower/ecard/cupcake something Happy Boss' Day something would be a good idea today. Even just walk up to them and say Happy something.

    And, hey, self-preservation is good. With this economy, chances are they might be asked to lay people off soon, so kiss up today. We'll remember who you are.

    My boss didn't submit my paperwork properly and as a result I haven't gotten paid since August (well, technically since May, but I didn't work June or July). Should I get her anything?

    Edit: I should send her my car insurance bill and my eviction notice inside of a Thank You card.

    My goofy coworker baked my boss a cake. Today he asked for something simple and she flat out said no. His expression was priceless....thankfully I only bought a card.
