How do you install and upload add ons? I remember there used to be a thing in the bottom left corner a year ago I checked recently and it's not there was it patched so no one could do add ons legitimately anymore? Or do I just have a bug :/

There's a button called addons in your character select screen, but all that does is enable/disable addons.

Interface addons all go into the main wow directory's interface/addons directory, although there are a number of programs that do that automatically for you. Most addons are distributed as zips and should be unzipped and moved their own directory

Curse has a program which can automatically download, install, uninstall, and update your addons for you.

Curse Client

And then search through addons on their site,

World of Warcraft Addons - WoW Addons - Curse.com

and click "install via curse client". Very handy program if you do not want to keep checking for updated addons.

and if you have vista, you have to go to USERS > your name > WoW > Interface > Addons

i ended up googling it. Was a bug had to delete my interface folder and re dl it by logging back in apperantly. thanks for the help anyway ;o

I use WoW Matrix, pretty much the same thing, though Curse Client looks shinier.
