Windower; is it really safe?

If this is already posted somewhere then I'm sorry.

My question is, is the newest Windower safe to use without the possiblity of being suspended/banned?

-I use windower for scripts only but I see people with a million different Plug-ins going on, like recast timers and stuff. Is this stuff safe? Can square really detect these plug-ins going on while you play? Also, could square even see youre using scripts when you have a ton of "Equipment Change" go down your screen?

-I currently use an older version for just Scripts, so its the one where you just click on the icon and it starts up Playonline. However, the newest windower Installs onto your computer . . is this safe for information security?

I may just be really paranoid but what is the deal with the newest windower and its wide array of plug-ins? Is it possible to be suspended or can your information get stolen through this stuff??

Don't use use 3rd party programs if you don't want any chance of getting banned.

Everyone uses windower, doesn't mean you can't be suspended/banned for it, just means the risk is low enough for everyone to accept it.

SE will close their servers if they perform a mass ban on anyone who uses a windower, be it using multiple plugins or not.

at the end of the day, you still make the decision to use it or not yourself. what anyone else says doesn't matter. If you are getting banned, you are getting banned. What people say on BG forums is not a defense.

Since the issue of risk tolerance is personal, it's entirely on you to determine whether you feel it is safe or not.

Nothing in Windower besides IME can be detected, and even IME they generally just ask you to stop using it and give a warning.

The only real way to be caught using it is to admit to using it in game and someone report you to a GM.

And the new ver doesnt really 'install to your PC'. It's simply a self extractor to help newbs in using windower.

And why would it be any different possibility of your account being stolen? Windower team is still the same people...
