I don't even buy songs for Guitar Hero so looks like I'll only be getting the free ones. That T-Shirt one with the tree was supposed to be for people who got the game within the first week. I'd like to know why they changed that idea.

they are, they only work if you have a jp copy of the game though, doesnt work on NA one

Paying for costumes is stupid... NG2 has the same thing. The costumes could be the best thing ever and make you look amazing, still not worth it lol.

I don't see myself paying for any dlc that's not RB/GH.

LBP isn't a game you "beat". The story levels only exist to serve as examples of what you can do with the level editor, and were a later edition. The main content of LBP is the level editor, and of course the levels other people make.

Yes it is when you don't have the net connected. I was talking on a personal level, I got everything I wanted and needed out of the game and don't have much reason to go back to it now. So that is my personal "beat it" on the level of been there done that.
