inauguration week is almost here and DC is expecting something like 4 million visitors. Any BGers planning on making the trip? bars are gonna be staying open till 5am and the metro system is gonna be running much later too. woo-hoo for party time in the city!

i managed to score two tickets to one of the official inaugural balls so im retarded excited about that.

oh im gonna be tuxed up. there are dozens of balls going on that night but i believe all the ones obama is hosting are black tie events.

Ditto. I work downtown and thankfully they're smart enough to close for the day (woo 4 day weekend!), but I'm still going out of town to get the hell away from the tourists.
