I support the 2nd Amendment. I am glad when I do hear about law abiding gun owners defending themselves. Man 4 on 1 and they ran like bitches.

they probably just wanted to steal candy
He didn't hit a single one.
Unless they were still in the driveway, he wouldn't want to actually hit one anyway.
Can't they sue the shit out of you if they don't get wounded IN your home? I forget how the laws on this work, but I know that even defending yourself can be ridiculous in todays world -_-
If that was the case, they could sue him now because they didn't get wounded, let alone in his home.
However, it's much safer to defend your property in Texas. The rest of the states have some catching up to do.
On the other hand, in a pre-emptive response to the people who don't like trigger-happy Texans, I think a more sensible middle ground might be to let the police decide the matter and disallow civil suits.
That way, if someone shoots a trespasser and it was unwarranted, the homeowner can be charged with a crime, and if it was warranted, he gets off. But in no situation can the trespasser sue the homeowner for injuries acquired on the property, whether accidentally while breaking in, or purposefully when the homeowner shot him.
A trespasser shouldn't be able to sue for hurting himself on sharp objects placed under the window he chose to enter, or from a gunshot when the police deemed it self defense.
Something's fishy. Those guys had assault rifles, during the day, in plain sight. The owner just happened to have a gun very handy too. This doesn't look like a simple robbery to me.
If I have a gun in my home for home protection, you better believe that it's going to be handy.
He should have at least wounded them, lined them up and executed them Gestapo style.
The fact his home is surrounded by security cameras tells you a lot. I wouldn't read too much into the fact that they had Assault rifles or that it was broad day light, my mom was killed in the same fashion during broad day light as I sat at a Panthers game.
The cameras is what I would look at that points towards drugs or something fishy going on of that nature.
I can understand the points about the guns. I guess I couldn't really put my finger on what didn't look right, but it definitely doesn't pass the smell test.
Sorry about your Mom Miz.
Nah its all good, that was back in 2003. Yeah I was watching the Skins get raped, then got a call.....
All gravy baby!
2003 Redskins? Hmm... I don't think that you can rape the willing.
dont talk about the steve spurrier fun & gun like that. SHIT WAS EPIC
Mine? No not mine. I was making fun of the Skins too. I'm about 20 minutes North of them.
Edit: shit you were agreeing with me. I suck.
You need to evoke the name of Danny Wuerffel to truly grasp the mystique of the Spurrier era.
