Currently we are looking for the following jobs

- Paladin ~ Well geared, subjobs and merits
- Bard ~ Must have /blm, needed merits and decent gears
- Black Mage ~ Well merited with good gears.
- Red Mage ~ Well merited with good gears.
- White Mage ~ Well merited with reasonable gears.
- Summoner ~ Well merited with reasonable gears.
- Corsair ~ Well merited with reasonable gears.

General Requirements

- At least 2 lvl75 jobs, including one we need(see above).
- Access to all zones (Sea/Sky/Dynamis X/ToAU/WotG).
- Must have time to play ffxi, especially during EU Prime time (GMT timezone).
- Be prepared to remain contactable for all types of events (when online).
- Be willing to spend a lot of time camping HNMs.
- Must accept the "Ls gain above personal gain" rule.
- Must show respect to other ls members and follow leader's directions during events.
- Must attend (when online) mandatory events.

Specific things that will greatly enhance your chances of being accepted

- Access to a second account that has a functioning tank or support mage job (whm rdm brd) that can be used to help camp long window NMs.
- Level 100 crafts with appropriate subcrafts (ideally looking for 100 Smither or 100 Leathercrafter but all 100 crafts will be a big plus).

Stuff we do

- We currently do Dynamis, Limbus, Einherjar, Sky and Sea on a regular basis. We also encourage members to form Salvage/Nyzul groups and will help out if we can.
- Whenever a King or any other HNM is due during a scheduled event that event will be cancelled or postponed.
- Most of our scheduled events take place between 6pm and 12pm GMT with the majority of events starting at 6:30-8pm, with Limbus usually starting around 9-10pm as it generally follows another event. HNM wise we are generally active whenever people are awake.

Events

Mandatory events: Dynamis and Einherjar are both considered mandatory events and you must attend if you are online.
Optional events: Limbus, Sky, Sea, and all HNM camps are considered optional but we also ask that if we are short on numbers for an event that people doing other things stop and come.

Application

- If you decide to apply, your application will be up for vote and the outcome will be decided by the LS members.
- Do not bothering applying to this ls if you are currently waiting for responses from other linkshells.
- If your application is succesfull you will be welcomed into our LS on a 1 month trial, after this first month the leaders will decide if you are to be made a full member.
- In this period you won't receive any major equipment or payout and you will be removed from the linkshell if there is any drama.
- However after 1 month if we're happy with you your lotting restrictions will be removed and you will be considered a full member.
- Obviously during this time it is a chance for trial members to impress the linkshell so attending all events they are online for and performing well on their various jobs are the biggest factors we are looking at.
- The application itself is the only oppurtunity you get to impress the LS before we decide whether to give a trial or not. Presentation (i.e. pictures of gear and merits) and thoroughness of your application have a large impact.
