since yesterday BG randomly marks it self read now, any idea why or this happening to them?
It's kinda annoying so I'd like to disable if possible.

For me, pages aren't auto-marking as read if I haven't read them yet, but when I search for unread topics, I see the ones that I have read in the results when I shouldn't

yeah. i agree it's annoying. i don't always have time to read everything i want to on bg in 1 visit and will come back and catch up later when i have time. automarking as read makes that hard.
