Skillup/Break weapon latents in Bhlafau Salv?

Whats the cap on the enemies in here? I'm at 224 and still rising in skillups on the Wasps. Also can you break latents on weapons on these? The enemies con Impossible to Gauge so I'm guessing yes?

edit: Also I'm not skilling up the whole time while in Bhlafau. Just the 100 neverdrop NMs.

Awesome, I've been getting crazy skillups on polearm.

i got skill at 237 polearm on war(240 cap) vs a bee

Yeah im pretty certain you can cap your weapons on these, WHM in our group skilled up his staff close to cap on chigoes, and i always love seeing the odd parrying skill up.
