Billing issues?

Anyone else had any problems changing or updating their billing info on POL? I keep getting error UCS-60257 saying the server is busy or my card info is incorrect... been that way since they did the maintenance on the registration server. Called POL and after waiting on hold for over an hour, he said that the server only allows one connection at a time (WTF?) and if I am having problems I should try outside of peak hours, or submit the info every 30minutes until it goes through... /sigh

Getting this error trying to put a card on an account. I have this card on 3 accounts already so it's definitely not the card. I tried a different card too and got the same error~ and yeah I waited more than the 30 minutes between trying.

People with Japanese accounts and non-Japanese cards have been getting that error non-stop since November. People with American accounts have been getting that error non-stop for about a week. SE hasn't fixed it yet. At least with Japanese accounts we can switch to another payment method that works, WebMoney.

I have had this issue now since Sunday morning and I've called SE twice about it.

They gave me the same story of how you must wait 35 minutes before each attempt due to a security feature. If you try before this time wait your card will be automatically denied. If you have more than one card you can try both in however and try again after more and more time passes. I've been alternating my attempts as much as I can in these intervals and I've not had any luck. I have also tried it late at night 12AM-4AM EST but still nothing.

The second time I called they told me to wait 35-40 minutes between each attempt. That because of the token sales their system is extremely flooded and they've been receiving a massive amount of calls related to this. Funny that the system is so flooded yet I was able to purchase a token without any problems.

Simply ridiculous all in all.

I have the same issue since the maint. I've tried at all hours of the day and nothing. I'm really hoping they get this fixed soon but I have my doubts.

Waiting 24 hours after your last attempt because of a potential lockout. SE never said anything about that to me... can anyone confirm? Of course I want to try to get back on even if it takes numerous attempts into the night. Instead of waiting 24 hours and perhaps going berserk if it still denies me.

I had this happen to me 2 days ago, i started trying to enter the new info in at 7 am est, tried every 30 mins and nothing. When the call center opened up at 12:00 est I called and was told to just keep trying... so I did.... nothing.. Tried every 35 mins (just for the sake of being sure on time intervals) until it was about 9 pm. So yea after over 14 hours of failed attempts I turned the crap off. When I woke at 7 am I tried again and instantly it worked. So I'm assuming maybe try during a less congested time frame to maybe have a better shot, I was told sense so many people try to change info at 1 time it causes major server lag, apparently its prolly all accessed thru good ol 28.8k speeds >< /bows to PS2. worked for me yesterday after register server maintenance, had trouble before that.

Finally got it through, it appears the server maintenance have fixed the issue.
