SNM- No container drop

Killed Fleshgnasher earlier, absolutely nothing dropped. GM replied saying "Not all items are 100% drop.". Anyone else have a similar experience with this NM or other NMs?

Fleshgnasher is the Gnat in Oztroja.
The NM was not CFH'd
No, everyone did not have the RA/EX.

1) was there campaign in the zone and someone got the campaign tag. that will ruin exp & drops.
2) same with campaign, but an npc do some type of action that hit the gnat, this part I'm not so sure about. Seen the Deae Gratia club yag get killed by invading npcs.

I doubt it but there was campaign in the zone... we were moving across everything and were all together 98% of the time. All other NM's dropped containers.(And kills weren't more than 10 or so minutes apart.)

its a glitch. The baskets are 100% while the weapons/armor are not. All you got was a lazy, auto-response GM.
