trouble with sky princerstones and tele pads

anyone else having problems with princerstones and tele pads?

its my first night back in sky after update, and if i touch a stone already active, 6 lines of japanese text shows up. and when i try to use to tele to get to another island. the dialog box comes up, but i have no choices.

anyone else seen this prob?

EDIT. also the region updates are half JP half NA. but my message is dif than my g/f

I've had no problem of the sort. Perhaps some files got corrupted in your update =(
