Lag time required between nation changes?

Quick question, I'm rank 10 all nations. And I need to switch to a country to get something since they are in 1st place. Now if I want to change back to Windy, can I do this all in one real life day? Is there a delay you have to wait (conquest) before changing or something?

I really don't want to miss a week of my OP's since I don't have anything for Lastock.

Pretty sure there is no time wait as long as you aren't in the middle of a mission, (which you won't be.) Just have to fork over the 40k for first place change, then the 12k or 4k to change back.
