    new Carlos Mencia

    Comedy Central found a new Carlos Mencia. He's not as annoying, but just as funny (or lack of funny) as Mencia #1. and he's stealing jokes from Dane Cook. oh the irony.
    It was Cook that told the "sparkly cleavage boobs, but men are pigs for looking/ put glitter on our balls" joke right? or whoever it was Cook stole it from before that.
