Video Compression

Hey guys, I am looking for a good video compression program that can compress the fraps videos I take during events and such. Before anyone says google it or w/e, I did and tried the first 10-12 options and it didnt quite do what I wanted. I am looking for first hand experience with compression and what program would be the best. Thanks in advance.

Try handbrake too, it's pretty idiot-proof ;o

megui I can teach you the basics of how to use it. If you havnt found something yet.

VirtualDub works very well although it's one weakness is the lack of the ability to create Flash videos (which are extremely small in size for the quality they offer.) I've yet to find a good video converter for this purpose.
