Excellent player, helpful, would recommend to others. Can't blame him for leaving at all, fake-SA is on a downward slope and Censhura has far too many people to be worth staying in.

I keep seeing the thing about too many members posted by you Dsf - I thought most LS's had 30+ on their roster? I mean, we're sitting at, I think 31ish. But, maybe not?

it's closer to 40 iirc, it's the whole lack of a solid system that makes it kinda gross.. if it was open bid dkp or leaders choice it wouldn't be as much of a problem but just having signup lists(with half the ls roster on a/ebody) makes it demoralizing to be in a ls with that many. This isn't to say you don't update the priority as fairly as you can or that it's an impossible system to make functional, but from what I can see there's no hard rule about getting one item moving you down for another/etc, just lists that arbitrarily get changed around.

i wasn't in it long enough to say it doesn't work for you, but 20-25 people is far more efficient than 35-40 in the long run(especially when those 20-25 include the same amount of bots) and from what I saw most people would only come to what they needed items from anyway(godawful trying to do dynamis <_<)

Could be a little harsh if you did something wrong, but he was just honest and you can't say that's a bad thing. Anyways, I say this as pretty much the truth...Cristiki is probably the most experienced player you'll meet, if you have a question about this game, mechanics or anything, no matter how technical it gets, he knows the answer to it. The Dude has definetly done his research and pretty much knows his jobs down to the core, I can bet you he's better than most of the members in your shell, no offense or anything but he is well...I guess a really good player. Not even ass kissing since he has pissed me off before, great player, and 95% of the time a great attitude, so nothing but good can come from having Cristiki in your LS.

Very good/close friend of mine, was one of the first people to remember & welcome me back to Garuda & into SA when I went back home & joined the shell. As Reub said, very informed on game mechanics, knows what to do in any situation, and he will tell you if you're doin' it wrong. I was sad when I got a txt telling me he was planning on leaving Garuda, but you'll gain an excellent member. Couldn't ask for a better player!

I have the utmost faith in the abilities of anyone I take to Salvage (or let take me to Salvage,) and Cristiki/Gauis was one of the chosen few. He's a good player, knows his shit and an honest personality.

I'll post on all 3 applicants, Goldo, Cristiki and Oro, here. All 3 would be an asset to any shell. They are self motivated, intelligent and not into it for themselves. I have much respect and <3 for these guys.

PS Goldo, I have Cristiki and Oro wear, come on with that hq staff so I can have Papi wear!

i was about to say.. cristiki was in SA for a while? i hardly remember the dude lol
but gauis is a different story. he's like... the token jew of any LS. as racist as it sounds, its actually not. he's good with money, and he's about as funny as any jewish person so he'll lighten the mood up on vent. him and i used to joke around a lot. hes a very good friend and we became closer with our old salvage group, after the bonds formed when you are farming an un-nerfed SSR until 4 am 6x a week.
As my support, i always enjoyed having him. there are times when he had brain farts, but he would be dual-boxing/triple boxing and/or doing his other work at the same time (hes like a chemist IRL) but still got the job done. whenever he was at tiamat, i never had to ask for carols before he flew in the air or march when he was on the ground. And he's one of those guys you can harass about stuff like that. if i kept asking tiresta, she'd probably stick an ak-47 at her monitor and start shooting it.
im glad hes leaving garuda. he deserves someplace better. take care myles davis!

edit: when you recruit these 3, make them go through some kind of painful initiation process. make them sing show tunes on vent or something. i used to do that with ksandra when we were on DD vent (remember?!) and dont forget to record it.

you can play sam, naked singing hana montana, doing the riverdance while you WS for him.

he was never much of a DD meathead, in fact i think his only DD job he had was RNG. and he tried to tank, but his true skills was in support. he's gay like that. before blinkmenot came out, he would put the names of me, wwcc, jackyl and i think misc DD's on his macro palletes so he would never have to worry about blinking, and whats cool about him was, he never complained about it. i was the #1 blinker he said lol. but since he got those kinds of plugins, it just made is performance better in the long run.
