Anyway, I finished everything I have to watch. I just finished my marathon of all of DB, all of DBZ, and Zoids (TV). If I download Skins, when do I see the hot girl, and how worth it is it to put up with the show until then?

She's the main characters sister, so she's in it from the start. She's the main character in season 3 though.

He's asleep as of..1hr 40mins ago? Anyways, watch Skins. It's good. Effy comes in as the main character of the third season, so if you're looking for her... watch that (Season 3 Episode 1)

She's in the very first episode of season one only briefly, and her character becomes worked in in the second season (namely episode 7).

She's the second character you see in the first episode of series one, but you don't see a lot of her until her own episode towards the end of that series. She also speaks literally about twice in the first series, but that can be attributed to her character's enigmatic personality. Her role in the second series is a lot more central and she speaks a lot more, but she's still very mysterious and closed off.

As others have said, she takes over from her brother as the main character in the third series so you learn a lot more about her and see her in a much more human light. You should watch the show anyway, Numbers - there's plenty of hot guys and nude scenes throughout, and the show itself is really pretty good as far as teen dramas go.
