Best thread ever. It is like watching a bunch of fat retards jump through more and more hoops. They are crying "I don't wannaaaa!" but then they see the twinkie waiting at the end and they gather up their fatty courage. After succeeding they are confronted by something even more tedious. The best part is that it isn't just one dude, but hundreds at a time.

Seeing drwaffles frothing from the mouth over a Quicksand Caves map has to be the highlight. I wish I had bought it. 10 dollars would have been totally worth the trolling. Bravo SE. You got your playerbase pregnant with your babies and you don't even need to pay child support.

Guess it's a good thing I didn't pay for it, then. And I still maintain that the map requirement is stupid, and the fact that ACP sucked doesn't mean that complaining about this one is unjustified. I wouldn't have had a problem if this scenario wasn't in exactly the same format as ACP, only worse. Call it naivety for thinking it might at least have been somewhat different if you like, but without trying it out there's no way of telling for sure.

I was going to get it regardless because I want the gear, so I figured I might as well try to get it done as fast as possible to avoid the rush of people mass-camping mobs that are in limited supply. If I'd known about the map prerequisite before starting that leg of the storyline there'd have been no whining from me at all, but it came as an unexpected slap in the face at 7am after having been through numerous dull fetch quests and knowing there was more of the same to come.

I'm not bitching, I'm justifying my opinion. And I've gone through a lot worse than this for gear before as well (as have most people who participate in endgame), so commenting on that is pretty pointless.

Just skimmed over the updates page and yeah, they take forever to do anything and it looks like they didnt do jack shit to lower rage timers or anything.
