Endgame content?

So I was thinking about endgame for Aion and was wondering what we have to look forward to since most of us will are in the upper 30s if not already in the 40s and it's right around the corner.

What will we have to look forward to? I know we will have Dark Poeta to play with but is that the only 45+ instance or are there others? Is the dredgion the only pvpve instance? What is level 50 daeva armor requirements? What endgame quests are there? I heard there are 2 big ones mentioned, one is to learn the other factions language and the other one is your legendary weapon quest that required 5 characters at 50 to start the chain but if I remember correctly they may have changed those requirements.

Now don't take it the wrong way and think this is a gripe about how much endgame content we have available and whatnot but more of a inquery of what we have to look forward to and maybe if anyone knows, find out more info on some of the content like the legendary weapon quest which is sparking my interest or any other long quests that are done at endgame.

I am looking forward to the endgame pvp and dark poeta but it would be nice to know what I could start doing to get me weapon or understand the other factions language while pvping because some of these things might take a while to do and it would be nice to get it started.

So does anyone have info on any above endgame content or something that isn't listed it would be much appreciated.

Steel Rake (40+)
Theobomos (50?)
Dark Poeta (50)
Dreg (46+)
Upper Abyss/Core Instances (40+?)
World Bosses (40+)
Platinum Coin Quests (45+)
Fort Sieges (lol)

That's not counting the Daeva gear quests, crafting, Title Quests ect.

There's plenty to do at endgame, hell instances alone will take up all your time if you've got a good group to do them.

Any info on that weapon quest, the language quest or level 50 daeva armor requirements?

I remember someone saying you need the level 30 daeva weapon to start it and to get that one you need 5 level 30+ toons.

Have they added that creepy looking dungeon with that creepy looking woman in the intricate dress? She was standing near a Royal Bed (ffxi) looking bed.

That's the Theobomos instance iirc.

Not sure where to start the daeva gear quest, but from what I've seen on datatbase you need to gather a bunch of crap, one of which is a crafted bop item that's level 450. I assume weapon quest is gotten after completing the daeva armor quests. You only need 1 level 50 to complete these as far as I know.

From what i heard on Aionsource (true or not) these are the reqs to start the lv 50 daeva armor set

1) Posses the lv 30 weapon (so need 5 lv 30)
2) complete every campaign
3) have a lv 50 job (dah)
4) have 1 craft at 399 or +

Curious Pooks, what are these world spawn bosses you speak of? I know of Bollvig and Medeus I suppose, others?

Bolvig, Medeus, the indratu Cave bosses (5+), the Storm Circle bosses (3+), Andre, Krater, HQ bosses, Core Boss, ect.

Don't know all of their names off hand, but you get the idea.

Repeat it 5 times for the complete LV50 set!

I'm pretty sure you don't need 5 30's to do the weapon quest. You can activate it after you do the armor quest. The campaign and craft (unless you need something crafted) seems like stuff someone just tossed in there to make the quest seem more epic than it really is.

No, I'm positive that you need to have the full Daevian armor set to activate the weapon quest, because you can go to the start NPC and they tell you that. The NPC dialogue went something like "Only Daeva's possessing the full set of Daevian armor can get the Daevian weapon." Having the full Daevian armor set requires either getting 5 characters to Lv30 to quest all 5 pieces, or getting lucky with drops.

There is a lvl 30 Daeva weapon and a lvl 50 one. Pretty sure the NPC is talking about the lvl 30 weapon when it says you need all 5 pieces of the lvl 30 armor.

Oh, ok, that's possible then. I have no idea how you get the Lv50 weapon, I was talking only about the Lv30 weapon.

You don't need the 30 weapon to start the 50 quest. Additionally, in a patch NCSoft made it so you only need one level 50 to finish it.

5 lv 30 and 1 lv 50

So exemple i lv cleric and get chain Body

Then i lv 4 spiritmaster exchange their Cloth for chain and bang 5 character 30 and i get the lv 30 weapon.

Now i finish my lv cleric 50. and i can do daeva quest lv 50

Kinda curious what would be better to strive for... full lv50 Abyss Point oranges, the Daeva set, or some kind of mix and match from instances/quests/crafts/drops? I imagine it could likely vary per class, but on one hand, I guess it could save time not wasting too much effort on things you'd later replace.

Its probably going to be situational again, in instances it might be better to wear crafted or pve style drops but in pvp your probably better equipping abyss oranges for the damage bonus and reduction effects.
